Based on the four-part conflict-resolution training for the Platform for a Just Climate (formerly known as Equitable & Just National Climate Platform) by professional mediator Helen Chen, Conflict to Clarity: A Guide to Effective Resolution was created as a resource to help our movements navigate difficult conversations and work through conflicts in constructive and healthy ways. These tools were brilliantly co-created and illustrated by Natayla Arevalo of CEED and artist Lynda Grafito into a Zine that serves as a guide to effective resolution.
